1. How long does it take for my order to ship, and when will I receive it?

Depending on the brand, orders may ship out the same business day or take up to 1-2 days to ship. Rarely, unforeseen delays may occur, affecting shipment times. On average, expect delivery within 4-7 days. If a longer time frame applies, it will be specified on the product page.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it ships. Notify us immediately at support@theariadne.com if you wish to cancel. Once shipped, the order is subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.

5. What if my product is damaged?

Inspect your item(s) upon delivery, noting any damage on the delivery receipt. If damage is suspected during delivery without opening the package, write "suspect damage" on the receipt. For damaged items, send photos to support@theariadne.com for a replacement or compensation.

6. How do I place an order?

To order online, click "Add To Cart," proceed to checkout, and enter shipping/billing information.

7. How do I know when my order will ship?

Upon order placement, receive an email confirmation with credit card authorization and shipping/billing details. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse.

8. Will I receive an order confirmation via email?

Yes, an order confirmation email will be sent to the provided address for each order. Print and save the confirmation for your records.

 

9. Can I change my order?

You can change your order at no cost before shipping by emailing support@theariadne.com. Any price difference will be credited or invoiced. For order status inquiries, email support@theariadne.com.
