Refunds and Returns Policy

Hassle-Free 14-Day Returns

We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. However, if you need to return an item, we are here to help.

  • You may return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it meets our return conditions and has been approved by our support team.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@theariadne.com for guidance and further instructions.

Return Conditions & Process

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and inserts.
  • Show no signs of use or damage (including scratches, markings).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).

Once the return is approved and received, we will inspect the item. If it meets our return requirements, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note: Refunds may take 2–10 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution.

Returned merchandise that does not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund. Additionally, we do not accept returns for items that were damaged during installation.

In the event of a refund, the amount paid towards shipping insurance is non-refundable. This charge covers the protection of your order during transit and remains applicable even if the order is returned, cancelled, or delayed.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Personalized products (as they are custom-made for each customer).
  • Bodysuits (due to hygiene reasons, they cannot be resold. Please note bodysuits, swimsuits, vests, corsets, trainers, waist/tummy control items, and any other similar products).
  • Moissanite Rings (Each of our rings is handcrafted especially for you once an order is placed). We may offer a replacement, depending on your request.

Returns Without Original Packaging

In some cases, we may accept returns for items without the original packaging. However, approval is not guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation before proceeding.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. To expedite the process, attach clear photographs of the issue when reaching out to our support team. Once we verify the defect or error, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Shipping Information Provided

  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered orders due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
  • Ensure your address is accurate and complete before placing an order, including abbreviations, street numbers, apartment/unit details, and route information (if applicable).
  • Once an order is being processed, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
  • We strive to ensure every order is delivered in a timely manner. However, we do not offer refunds for delays caused during transit, as these are beyond our control once the package has been shipped. 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

In case of returns, customers are responsible for returning products at their own expense. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and returned in its original condition.
