Theariadne.com always provides FREE standard shipping on ALL orders – no minimums or exclusions! Some customers may qualify for upgraded shipping at no charge.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DETAILS?
We work hard to provide you with the fastest delivery speed. We automatically ship out orders every 30 minutes after it was placed. This means that you will not be able to edit your order. However, if you want to return any product(s) you ordered by mistake, please feel free to follow the process described in our Return Policy.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. According to our Terms of Service, we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from our domestic warehouses. We usually process orders within 2-3 business days and then ship them to your address.
For personalised products, it takes 3-5 days to customise your order and ship it to your address.
After processing, we pass your order to one of our courier companies. They will do their best to deliver your order as fast as they can according to the chosen delivery method. Delivery methods are based on the delivery location and parcel type. Contact us if you have any questions about your order.

US Shipping Time: 4-9 Business Days (USPS, FedEx, DHL)
UK Shipping Time: 4-9 Business Days (Royal Mail, Evri)
SHIPPING TIME NOTES
- Some items are ineligible for expedited shipping – such as watches containing lithium batteries. These items will be marked as such in the product description.
- Expedited shipping is not available for shipments outside the continental United States; please allow additional time for your order to arrive at these locations. Orders to P.O. boxes, US territories, or military APO/FPO addresses will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery dates are subject to order cut-off times or carrier delays.
- If you feel that delivery may be delayed for any reason, then simply contact us and we will do our best to find the most convenient solution.
- If the parcel arrives later than the declared time, you can claim compensation for the shipping cost or a discount coupon. Contact us and we will offer you the best possible option of either compensation for the shipping costs or a discount coupon in case the delivery was free. Please note that the discount value and type of the coupon may vary depending on the current store promotions.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse. It depends on which one has specific items available for faster delivery. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck in transit, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we will send you a new package again.
